Cases are based on SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and Priority levels of Cases, Clients and Products. Every Agent has his Own Queues with Cases to monitor. All Interactions with Clients and Updates by other Agent are Structured and Time Stamped. Instant Messaging of Cases who are threatened to be overdue. Agents can be Assigned to Cases, Direct Email from the program, Scheduled Delete of Closed cases, Custom made Email Headers, Knowledge Base, Action Log file, Extended Report facility, Search Options, Database BackUp Options, Import of Client data, Export of Case data, different User Levels and many Other features available.
